Description
Norfloxacin is a fungicide that inhibits the synthesis and replication of DNA by acting on the A subunit of bacterial DNA helicase, leading to bacterial death. At the same time, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Haemophilus influenzae, and Moraxella catarrhalis, which are resistant to penicillin, also have good antibacterial effects.
