Application
Dicalcium Phosphate can be used as a buffering agent, loosening agent, flour improver, nutritional supplement, yeast feed, emulsifier, solidifying agent, antioxidant enhancer, stabilizer. Such as canned cherry filling, milk powder, cream powder, cold drinks, ice cream, potato made, snack food, flour, cake, pastry, baking quality improver.
